Jane was trained as a Yoga Teacher in 2007 and teach Intergral Vinyasa Yoga, based on the classic hatha yoga, intergral yoga approach to all peoples, creeds and religions. Vinyasa - a series of postures flowing together. Synchronization of breath, body and mind. Building up to a crescendo, our main pose of the class is normally the most difficult pose. Anyone can practice this form of yoga style from the very beginner to the experienced yoga student.

'My favourite quote by Mahatma Gandhi “Be the change that you wish to see in the world”, is always a great place to start with self. Yoga came into my life, my journeys began. The universe supplied and my teachers appeared.' She is trained in Yoga therapy, EFT, Therapeutic Reflexology and Meridian therapy. She has her own studio in Somerset West, and teach yoga at the local Virgin Active’s.

Creating Mandalas: Ancient Art for Modern Times

The mandala workshop is an introduction to mandalas and covers the process of making meaning through creating personal Mandalas. Creating personal mandalas allows us to journey within - to discover and reflect upon the universe contained in our heart and soul. Mandalas can help us to develop a deeper connection to our "inner center" - to all that we are. Everyone can make a mandala - the process is really creative play. All that is required is a willingness to be spontaneous and enjoy the journey.
