Nicola qualified as a group exercise instructor in 1999 and fell in love with the lifestyle of health, vitality, energy and expression. She furthered her studies over the years to cover all disciplines in group exercise, including but not limited to: Boxing, Aqua, Spinning, Pilates, Kinesis, Yoga & Zumba. Adding personal training, management qualifications and facilitation qualifications to her name, she is presently a fitness specialist.

"I work with groups, personal clients, as an educator and master trainer. At the festival I will be teaching Zumba: a discipline that is all about fun, letting go of stress, connecting the mind to the body and moving the body again while burning calories." Zumba is safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Classes are designed for the participants, so if you are a little unfit, have an injury or are of the older age group you can still participate and enjoy the benefits of Zumba. No experience in dance or aerobics is necessary. Only a young at heart attitude and a want to have fun and move the body!
