Volunteering at Yoga Sanga Festival

Here is What you Can Expect From Us
* The opportunity to be a part of the Yoga Sanga's Festival Team! You will be surrounded by like minded yogis and yoginis and be able to directly contribute to the success, mood, and meaning of the festival. You will meet and mingle with people who share your passion for yoga, music, health, being active and outdoors, and being joyful!!
* Work exchange team members will have the opportunity to take classes and attend lectures from leading yoga instructors and presenters. Work exchange team members receive an All Access Pass to all Yoga events for the entire weekend, except the paid workshops!!
* The opportunity to give back in the spirit of seva (selfless service) and make an impact through the power of community.
* See the whole event unfold from behind the scenes!
* The opportunity to create new friends and connections in the yoga scene.

Here is What We Expect From You
* Work Exchange Team Members need to be available from 12:00pm Friday, December 13, through 16:00 Monday, December 16.
* As a team member you will be required to work 12 hours doing festival production tasks. This will be spread out over 4 days so you can participate in a lot of the festival.
* There is a R100 non-refundable deposit to become a work exchange team member. This fee saves your space on the team as well as t-shirts and administration fees. Just think, you can enjoy an entire weekend of incredible yoga for a nominal fee of R100!
* We will be finalising our decisions on work exchange team members in the beginning of September.
* If invited on the team for 2013, you can expect to receive an invitation letter by the beginning of September which you will need to accept and mail in your non-refundable payment of R100.
* Team Members are responsible for their own housing, meals and transportation.
* Fill out the below application completely, and you will receive further information. Applications must be submitted by the 31 August 2013.

What You Need to Do to Become a Work Exchange Team Member
* Complete the entire application form answering the questions as honestly as possible, we do not want you to answer the questions the way you think we want them to be answered. We want to get to know you, so that we can do our best job placing you
* Include a current short resume.
* Include a current "headshot" photo.
* Do this soon, as assignment preferences are considered based on your skills and then on a first come first serve basis.
* You can expect to hear back from us by the beginning of September 2013.
